We offer signature full-planning, custom event design, venue search, vendor curation, and day-of management. Our team also plans corporate events and private celebrations with the same elevated care and creativity.

WHAT DOES YOUR PROCESS WORKING TOGETHER LOOK LIKE?

 

We begin with a thoughtful questionnaire designed to get to know you ,  your vision, your vibe, and the kind of support that feels right for your planning journey. There’s no one-size-fits-all here! We take time to understand your goals, your budget, and what will make this experience feel seamless, exciting, and uniquely yours.

Once you officially book our services (yay!), we’ll schedule your onboarding call. This is where we align on your vision, walk through expectations, and map out a clear, customized plan of action. It’s our way of making sure everything feels organized, intentional, and tailored to you, from day one.

HOW MUCH ARE YOUR PACKAGES?​

​

Our collections are tailored to your vision, including matching you with vendors who align beautifully with your style, priorities, and budget. For around 100 guests, a full-service experience (catering, rentals, cake, DJ, photography, florals, planning, and day-of management) typically starts at $25,000. We’re here to make it feel seamless, intentional, and joyfully you!

DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?​

We do offer payment plans! While most of our services require a minimum deposit to begin, the remaining payments are flexible and can be tailored to what works best for you. We’re happy to collaborate on a schedule that feels manageable and aligned with your needs , because planning should feel exciting, not stressful. Our goal is to make the experience feel supportive and seamless from start to finish.

WHAT ARE SOME VENUES YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH?

We’ve had the joy of working at some of the most beautiful and iconic venues across South Florida. From the timeless charm of Deering Estate and Thalatta Estate to the historic elegance of the Spanish Monastery and Coral Gables Country Club, these are just a few of the stunning spaces we’re lucky to frequent. Whether you're dreaming of something classic, tropical or completely unique, we’re here to help you find the perfect setting for your celebration.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO YOU RECOMMEND BOOKING WITH YOUR TEAM?​

We typically recommend booking about 12 to 18 months in advance,  that sweet spot gives us plenty of time to plan with intention and ease. That said, if your vision includes a specific venue or highly sought-after vendors, the earlier the better! Booking early not only helps secure your dream team but also gives you the widest range of options across different styles and price points.

 

It’s all about creating space for thoughtful choices and a planning journey that feels exciting, not rushed.

 

And while we’re lucky to have a talented team of planners, our services are in high demand, which means many weekends and even full months book out well in advance. If you have a particular date or season in mind, we always recommend reaching out early to ensure we’re available and can give your celebration the time and care it deserves.
